Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
Adobe's Acrobat PDF (Portable Document Format) is used on this site to store documents, such as regulations, letters, and brochures. To view these documents, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, available from www.adobe.com. Once you have downloaded and installed Acrobat Reader, you should be able to view PDF documents either directly through your web browser, or by downloading them and viewing them independantly with Acrobat Reader.

Acrobat/PDF is used instead of HTML because PDF remains true to the original, both on screen and when printed. HTML morphs itself to fit the page or screen, thus distorting the original document.
